Brief Introduction
Spiral conveying equipment Screw conveyor machine for powder(also
known as auger conveyor, screw conveyor, and spiral conveyor), is
the main unit for mechanical transport operation of industry and
agriculture, which uses motor to drive screw rotation and move
material to achieve conveying purpose.
Pipe screw conveyor is suitable for all industries such as building
material, chemical industry, power industry, metallurgy, coal
industry and grain industry, for horizontal or tilted
transportation for powdery, granular and small lump materials, such
as coal, dust, residue, cement and grain which their temperature is
less than 200℃.
Specifications
Diam100, 160,200,250,315,400,500,630,800,1000,1250mm length is from
4m to 70m , every 8.5m is first gearl, when the length is more than
35m, it adopt to double-end drive. When select the model, it should
conform to the standard nominal length, and can propose the special
needs separately.
Features
1. Vibrating screw feeding machine is composed of double motor,
feeding motor, vibrating motor and each switch control.

Applicable Material
– LS screw conveyor mainly convey powder, granular and small block
materials, such as cement, coal, grain,chemicals, fertilizer, ash,
sand, etc.
– The material temperature should not exceed 200°C.
– The screw machine should not transport materials which is
perishable, viscous and caking, because these materials will be
bonding in the screw in the transportation, and rotate with the
screw, but won't move forward, it will form contragradation at the
plot bearing so that the machine could not work properly.
Working Principle
LS-type screw conveyor is in line with international standards,
which is equivalent to ISO1050-75 standard, and its design and
manufacture in line with ZBJ1005.1-2-88 professional standard with
advanced technical index and the novel structure.
Compared to the GX type, the head and tail bearings of the LS type
screw conveyor move out of the shell, the hanging bearing adopts
the exchange structure of the rolling type and pulley bearing has
swap structure. And it has dust sealing device with nylon and
plastic, so it has tightness good, strong abrasion, small
resistance, long life.
Sliding bearing bush contains bronze tiles need to add lubricant,
alloy cast iron and the grinding of graphite tiles and copper tiles
less oil lubrication. The discharging-side set dissection device.
The machine has low noise, high adaptability. And it's operation
and maintenance is easy, the inlet and outlet is flexibility.
