Characteristics
1. Well adaptability:This machine is suitable for transporting bulk
material and granular material of being inviscid . Especially
suitable for conveying blocks which are bigger, sharp, it can also
cool and clean the materials in the course of transmission.
2. Compact structure:Easy installation ,commissioning and
maintenance;
3. Reasonable structure of chain plate and bucket, good rigidity
and shock resistance;
4. Rolling friction instead of sliding friction which makes the
resistance reduced.
5. The slant angle is from 0 °to 15 °.
Application
Widely used in food, canned food, medicines, beverages, cosmetics
and cleaning products, paper products, condiments, dairy and
tobacco and other automatic transmission, distribution, and
transportation connections after-packaging.
Working Principle
The hopper scoop up the material from the nether storage, raising
to the top along with the conveyor
belt . After bypassing the top wheel it turns down ward, and the
bucket elevator dump the material into the tank.
